Professional Development Fellowship Opportunities – ARLINGTON

October 2, 2013 @ 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm

Come learn more about fellowships for graduate students that offer paid work placements, internships, and professional development opportunities!

Professional development fellowships help graduate students and those with some combination of graduate study and early career experience to gain professional skills through competitively awarded work placements.  This category of awards includes competitions like the well-known PMF, which offers two-year assignments in the U.S. Federal Government, but also many other awards.  Some awards offer placements in government offices, NGOs, or non-profits in the D.C. metro area or other part of the U.S.  Others, such as EMDAP, Fulbright-Clinton Fellowships, Cultural Vistas, and Leland Fellowships offer international or overseas placements.

Professional development fellowships provide on-ramps to careers, high-level networking opportunities, and access to career development opportunities for students.  Come meet the Director of Graduate Fellowships and learn more about these unique opportunities!
