NSF GRFP Open Q&A

April 5, 2016 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

NSF’s flagship program for Graduate Students, the Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP), offers 3 years of generous funding (tuition, fees, a $34,000 / year stipend, and other perks) for graduate students in NSF-supported STEM and Social Science disciplines.  If you are thinking about applying but want to learn more or have questions, this session is for you.

Bring your lunch and your questions about eligibility, the application process, and anything else related to the GRFP for an open Q&A with the Director of Graduate Fellowships, Dr. Kay Agoston, who is also Mason’s Coordinating Official for the the GRFP.  Cookies and snacks will be provided.  No question too big or too small!

Current graduate students and undergraduate seniors thinking of applying are welcome.  Please note that this program is open ONLY to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.  International students are not eligible. Learn more about GRFP at: http://www.nsfgrfp.org/
